Opinion's Private Citizen
In my opinion that I would like to compare both of political evidences of Former President Nixon and now President Trump. In prove, Former President Nixon was walking on the United States Constitution because he and his advisory's Kissinger when they were secret relative with Foreign communist China in order to sell Republic of Vietnam and to betray 58.200 fallen heroic American soldiers in the battle of the Vietnam War. As they had violated to 18 USC§ 2381-Treason (June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 807; Pub. L. 103–322, but no one, political party, and prosecutor must be prosecuted him and Kissinger.
In contrast, the Trump has been doing for a American citizen businessman for the long time. When the Trump was not campaigning to run for the American presidential, his dream wishes to investing the biggest building in Russia, but the Russian government could not allow him to do. However, his operation was without political action. When the American law has been allowing for all of the American citizen's investors to do , so, an American citizen's Trump, businessman, did not violated crime because he did not violate any the American statutory and law.
In fact, in 2016, the Trump was campaigning to run for an American's candidature American President, and therefore, he must drop his businessman. In contrast, his romantic behavior was fallen in love with a prostitute oneself. Even so good, the businessman has orders to his private attorney who's Michael Cohen that he must get $130,000.00 to stop prostitution's mouth. Because she wants to destroy to President Trump, she wishes to be a famous prostitution. In condition, if Michael Cohen is the best of Attorney, he must ask to his boss and say, " Where is your money stopping prostitution's mouth ? However, the Cohen did not ask for his boss when he is automatically paying $130.000.00 to prostitution. In law, the Trump could not violate crime in election funds because the Trump has never had ordered his private attorney that he should get the 130,000.00 in election funds to stop prostitution's mouth Because the Trump is a financial oligarchy, he has so much money.
As a result, President Trump will not be violated criminal laws because the Trump's operation of Russian relatives had been in businessman without had political actions. When he's become to be an American President, he could not secretly have relative with Russian government as like Former President Nixon and Kissinger with mainland China.
Next, he's never had ordered to anyone who was taken the election funds to stop prostitution's mouth. Obviously, the recording tape of the Michael Cohen had never had recorded any evidences of the Trump's orders. Ironically, the American income taxes have been paying for the prosecutor of Russian investigation is very wasting one's time and money upon useless things.
