The Written law of the Vietnamese Communist Regime

Because the Government of the United States of America and the Socialist of the Republic of Vietnam (North Vietnam) are related to each other, the written law of the Socialist of the Republic of Vietnam is exact evidence of the international law. Therefore, the duty and responsibility of the Government of the United States of America should protect the benefits of the Vietnam War to the Vietnamese American Veterans. In fact, the ethical conscience of the United States Congress cannot forget this true evidence. That is why the United States Congress, and the Socialist of the Republic of Vietnam together fooled the Southern officers to completely die. As a result, this written law must prove the United States Congress to enforce the law after the Paris Peace Accords was signed. Therefore, the United States Congress and the Socialist of the Republic of Vietnam cannot gather together to fool the Republic of Vietnam. How does the great powerful America respect loyalty, just cause and justice within the Paris Peace Accords?
