Why has the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution not discriminated against the national color racism which is why the American politicians used the Fourteenth Amendment to protect their monopoly powers, but their Fourteenth Amendment hadn't defended any naturalization in the United States like the Vietnamese American plaintiffs?
