Ironically, great power and modern civilization American society does not only destroy a legal Government of the Republic of Vietnam but also sold one million soldiers of the Republic of Vietnam when the American Government has solemnly approved the Republic of Vietnam allies of the United States of America. That is why the American allies swallowed oneself all multilateral, bilateral treaties, the International relations of protocols that were signed with the Republic of Vietnam. As a result, all of the masterminds of the American leaderships are self-confessed wrongful actions of the Vietnam War, which is why the United States Congress has not to dare compensate the injuries of the prisoners of war of the Southern Officers. In fact, the written rules of the United States Congress have approved the sovereignty and self-determination of the Republic of Vietnam, which is why the United States Congress easily fools weak Vietnamese people and the soldiers who were side by side fought against communism by the American law and the United States Constitution.
