Next, face nation is symbolized by loyalty, just cause, and justice if a country has not respected these above, this nation was lost by itself. Finally, a people, even though, poor or rich or developed or undeveloped still respect its age civilization. For that reason, a people have been defending their sacred country when the foreigners have been invading the country, the people stand up to defeat them out of their sacred nation. The superhuman dignity of the Vietnamese people has been lost by oneself. In fact, four thousand hundred years of civilization of the Vietnamese people had defeated the Chinese invaders which is why the Vietnamese people did not develop any self-sovereignty, one hundred years have fired off the French invaders-however, the Vietnamese people have been vicious circle to look like a fish group living in a small lake that they could not seek to the large sea, and the thirty years have been inhumanly constraining by powerful national America and the forty-five years handing for the noose was drawn tight by communism. Therefore, North Vietnam followed communism to build an inhuman war with the Nguyen Dynasty. Therefore, the United States Constitution looks like a puppet of the United States Congress and the American leaders. Because the United States Constitution has enacted the exact articles, the United States Congress has been acting another like the Second Amendment has not allowed any American presidents that are the right to assassinate any foreign leaders- however, the US Congress has taken advantage of the second Amendment that allowed an American President Kennedy who assassinated President Ngo Dinh Diem.
