So, the US States Congress had approved by 22 U.S. Code 1571_ 1604, P.L. 329, 81 ST Congress, 63 Stat, 714 December 23, 1950, which is why the US not only have great power but also enacted the law to invade and subvert the Republic of Vietnam after the US was invading the thirty years in the war, the US has betrayed South Vietnam allies while the US has murdered three million innocent Vietnamese people, betrayed one million South Armed Forces, imprisoned one million southern soldiers and assassinated three hundred thousand Southern officers without having openly judged. Especially, the American properties of the American leaders which have left it in South Vietnam, so the US Department of Justice has requested Noth Vietnam to compensate, but the Vietnamese American prisoners of war are not compensated by the US Congress. Therefore, we must struggle for justice as prisoners of war because ex-President Bush's son has said, "South Vietnam did not fight for their freedom that is why they did not have it today."
