In the meanwhile, not only have 25,000,000.00 Vietnamese people were lost happiness but also kill one million soldiers who just die and imprison, and nationalize all by the Vietnamese communists. Finally, the Government of the United States of America apologized to run its war crime, so we the Vietnamese people should learn the apologies of the greatest power and modern civilized Americanism.
