To Whom It May Concern: As you understand for legal suit when the United States defendant has three American leaders that they have self-confessed wrongful actions in the Vietnam War by their written law because my settlement case shouldn’t need to investigate which is why the United States Supreme Court and the United States Congress and the Senate House didn’t carry out the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution. In fact, the Vietnam War, I have been petitioning for the long run when the United States Congress and the Senate House have received my settlement case from 19 June 2019, but they sent their messages to me. Finally, I am at an old man when I was young guy – I have been serviced proxy war’s America in the Republic of Vietnam by three multilateral and thirty-seven bilateral treaties and so many international Relations of protocol of the United States has been signed with the Republic of Vietnam which is why the United States of America has self-torn them. Let the United States of America have self-sold the Republic of Vietnam to socialism, sent us to many concentration camps and nationalized all of our properties without having compensated a penny- especially, we were, side by side together with the American Armed Forces, fighting against socialism by H.R. 7885 Pub .L 88-205, Approved December 16, 1963, that is the reason, the United States has forced us to pay the income tax for the Government of the United States of America. That is why I came here, when the Government of the United States of America has been training me to be a coaly job and didn’t allow me to enroll in any American Universities. For that reason, I have been struggling for justice like prisoners’ of war. Please review my petition to attachments. Because I am an old man, I have served in the proxy war’s America without having any pensions and benefits. When I pass, I will not buy a simple tomb.
