Congratulations to the new United States Congress, Dear Katie Porter’s Truth to Power Madam According to me, my ballot has voted when my duty and responsibility have done, which Democrats or Republicans won the Senate and House which the American people will have decided - however, the new US Congress must enforce multilateral, bilateral treaties, the American law, and the United States Constitution with the weak foreign countries than America and the American people without having discriminated racism like the Vietnam War in the past. As you understand, the Fourteen Amendment to the U. S. Congress that the American Congress has not resolved any settlement cases or criminal cases when the persons who had not legal citizens in the U.S. In contrast, the U.S. Congress has not had any certificated foreign citizens for the right citizens, so the U.S. Congress has not the right to interfere with any foreign nations like the Republic of Vietnam while the U.S. Congress did not have any citizens in Native Vietnam which is why the U.S. Congress not only enacted the American laws to seize the Republic of Vietnam. Even good, the basic one the power is over above loyalty, just cause, and justice of the U.S. Congress when the U.S. Congress enacted 1 U.S.C. § 113. "Little and Brown's July 30, 1947. Congress betrayed the South Vietnam troops while the U.S. Congress self-sold the Republic of Vietnam to mainland China. Ironically, the U. S. Congress has freedom of thought when the U. S. Congress has the right to welcome communism, the U.S. Congress prohibited other people from welcoming their socialism. Why has the U.S. Congress had to change the easy thinking when the U. S. Congress deprived the right of thinking of other weak people? Especially the U. S. Congress enacted 1 U.S.C § 112 (a)(b)(c) the U.S. Treaties. on September 23, 1950, and other International Agreements; contents; admissibility in evidence. Let me prove this American law. We, the Vietnamese people, troops, and all common class, are very entirely believed in the American powers, modern civilization, and progressive society of America by the U. S. Congress has not thought of any super-traps of the greatest power of America. Therefore, in the end, we lost all things when our sacred national fathers betrayed us because the U. S. Congress not only approved three multilateral treaties with the Republic of Vietnam by the United Nations confirmed but also thirty-seven bilateral treaties of the American Government signed with the Government of the Republic of Vietnam by the U.S. Congress approved and by the United Nations endorsed. That is why the U. S. Congress did not enforce them with the Republic of Vietnam. Certainly, the United States Congresswomen were not born any children when the Congresspeople are emotionless about the Vietnam war - therefore, the U.S. Congress enacted the American lawless with the Republic of Vietnam. In conclusion, the selfishness of the U. S. Congress is bigger than the ethical conscience because the U. S. Congress is freely enriching and boundless when the U. S. Congress strongly pushes its Southern troops and the Vietnamese American veterans to mud. Finally, the U. S. Congress enacted the law one way but acted another's. The American citizens voted to choose the new US Congress, I do wish this U.S. Congress should deeply bury the worsened in the oldest past, I would like the new US Congress that shall open a new way for the basic Ethical conscience, the help other men to succeed, the exemplary policy, the perfect affirmation politics themselves, and respecting the life of humans like the pupil of the eye of yours.
