In conclusion, when our world should have peace, the five powerful countries must respectfully enforce the Hague Convention, international agreements, multilateral, bilateral treaties, their indigenous laws, and international relations of protocols if the five power countries have self- deceived each other to let them play their hoax game of inhuman wars as like the US Congress and Russian Congress.
