Pension Policy

Dear Sir, The pension of An American President is an unfair policy because the American Government had received the income tax from the Republic of Vietnam from May 3, 1967, to April 1975, that is why no nations paid the income tax to the American Government to let them lose in all like the Republic of Vietnam and the Vietnamese natives. If an American President offers a pension to all American people, President should enforce the pension policy to pay the Vietnamese American prisoners of war because we had directly paid the income tax to the American Government while we were side by side together with the American Armed Forces fighting against communism which is why we not only lost our sacred fatherland, properties, imprisoned by the powerful greatest America. For example, we planted the orange - tree when we picked up the orange fruits without having picked up the lemon fruits. In contrast, the American Government sold the Republic of Vietnam to mainland China, imprisoned us, and nationalized our properties, but the American Government has not paid any pennies of pension to the Vietnamese American prisoners of war. How would the American Government evaluate the Income tax when the American Government received income tax in the Republic of Vietnam to be fair or unfair? Why had the American Government expressed the Neocolonialism of America's globalization through the foreign income tax? Why has the modern civilized American century abused the power to exploit the Vietnamese blood and bone, but not released any pennies when the Vietnamese American prisoners of war met the poorest? Finally, if President wishes to win this middle-term election, President should be paid the pension to your henchmen of the proxy war of America to express loyalty, just cause, and justice, so we, the Vietnamese American citizens, should vote for all candidates of the American Democratic Party because the Vietnam War was taken place by the American Democratic Party built it up which is why the American democratic party has not paid the pension to the Vietnamese American prisoners of war? How would the American Democratic party impress human rights, Critical Race Theory, and social equality? Let us human beings hold the American leg again to fight for inhuman wars?
