We, the Southern Officers, always did believe on the
American law, the United States Treaties, and the International Agreements, and
the Protocols of international relations of the United
States of America with the Republic of Vietnam
to look like a nail put into a hard wood. When we do whole believe to the
powerful America than everything in our own heart and therefore, we have had
never thought to the barbarous trap of the United States of America when it did
not only murder its Vietnamese officer allied but also sold us to communism and
imprisoned all of us without had regrets to lets us become to forever homeless.
As the Low Wisdom of us is not accumulating any high experiences – event if,
we, the Southern officers, have glaringly been spread passed by one thousand
years of the Chinese invaders and one hundred years of the French invader, but
we did not understand about the Vietnam War of the United States of America for
playing a magic war game. But, just because knowing Kissinger has
self-confessed and said," Vietnam
failures we did to ourselves." So, our soul is become to be empty, we
looked like humans without had bone and blood.











As a result, the Republic
of Vietnam was completely betrayed by
the United States strategy
in which is from 1954 to 1975 when the Southern leaderships were unable to
understand about the Government of the United States played magic war
game.





On the other hand, America
has betrayed the Republic of Vietnam by the American law and the United States
Constitution, so America
should be rebuilt the Republic
of Vietnam up in the
future. In the meanwhile, we will be completely death already without having
any tomb part. Because of we, the Southern officers, were low wisdom than the
American people, when, we have believed the powerful stronger America than others greatest powers and
therefore, we were easily fooled by our main allied America.











So, we, the Southern Officers, should be learned by heart
this war to accumulate the bitter of the America partnership and the Republic
of Vietnam - for example, President Ngo Dinh Diem was wise more than President
Nguyen Van Thieu. When President Diem did not only accumulate full experiences
but also had highly experienced politics, but he was trapped by the America
strategy. So we remembered to our Vietnam
battles, we should realize to the Government of the United
States of America that America has been trapping us for
the long run in war, in law, and the United States Treaties, and the protocols
of international relations, and benefit of prisoner of war. When the Government
of the United States of America
was left its super values behind, let the United
States play a trick on our Southern officers' bone and
blood when the America
honor and super values had exchanged by the Vietnam War.
