In my opinion that the American young's are very disappointed by their American leaders because of the American leaders have been revealed their rule by law without having the rule of law when they are arrogant more than the hundred-fold the communist leaders, they do not keep their oath of loyalty when they have taken an oath of loyalty on the United States Constitution. Moreover, the Communist leaders are barbarous more than the one thousand-fold the American leaders, but the communist leaders have firmly been kept their oath of loyalty.

Creative Art and culture
Bright Quang of A Vietnamese American creator is creative art and culture when he had graduated a Bachelor Degree in Art, he has never worked for the public and the private. He has been creating pieces of artwork and writing the books because he thinks that the ended rest of his life is not money, but his own knowledge. Significantly, his life will be dead, but his books and art will ever be dead. Therefore, he loves his works more than everything in his life.

Twenty-Five
Two thousand, three hundred, sixty-six nightmares
Le Ban collected many ugly Vietnamese officers or leaders in the Vietnamese history after four thousand years of age-old culture had passed. The Vietnamese land was left in the hands of some empires in the world because Le Ban analyzed between nationalism and foreign-ism, or patriotic men and puppet men. He depended upon two elementary leaders. First, if the Vietnamese government expelled the foreign countries from Vietnam when the foreigners invaded, this Vietnamese hero was a patriotic leader. Second, a Vietnamese leader developed a new doctrine, led the Vietnamese people to thrive, enjoy happiness, freedom, and democratic government, and won all the hearts of the people. Third, this leader guided the Vietnamese people to live peacefully in the world, so he followed nationalism.
The Vietnamese leaders were called puppet men by the people because they followed foreign policy. First, these leaders welcomed foreign armies to rule the Vietnamese people in order to help their own fame and benefits. Second, these leaders fought for supremacy, came into power to build social Vietnamese chaos, and made the people have troubled times and an undeveloped country. Third, these leaders who copied the foreign policy robbed freedom of thought, speech, religion, and democracy when they borrowed foreign weapons to oppress and trample the Vietnamese people down. All of them were called puppet leader by Le Ban's theory.,

In my opinion, I am living in modern country using my intelligence let me struggle with the injustices, which have been trampling my honor and dignity down and destroying my name and age and my voices of wisdom. The US did not consider to the unhappiness of the Vietnamese people when it is happy more than everything in its life because the United States of America has killed Republic of Vietnam and more than one million of Vietnamese soldiers. Because this war was approved by the American congress to be the law, we base on this law to petition to the United States Court in order to recapture our benefits since the Kissinger has declared that he said, “Vietnam failures we did to ourselves.”
We ought to follow the United States Constitution, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the United States veterans and the United States labor of laws. I, Bright Quang, have been researching the laws of the United States Constitution in order to petition to the United States Court because former President Bush’s son has said, ‘The South did not fight for their freedom which is why they did not have it today,” And therefore, we could not fight for the American justice, we could not have any benefits in the past since the United States Congress has the one hundred percents approved to the Vietnam War and High House has the eighty percent approved to the Vietnam War. Next, we did not have any healthcare benefits since we had serviced for the United States interests since we were young, we have serviced for the Vietnam War of the United States when we are older we did not have any benefits of the Vietnam War because the United States of America has left us on the battlefield, let our enemy revenge us and our American government was maltreated us again.
In conclusion, as we know, we were lost for one quarter of our income works of the ten quarters’ works, we did not earn any benefits of retirement since the United States of America did not count any of our works in the past when our younger life has been serviced for the American government interests, in the end, and we are squeezed for the lemon juice, then thrown the skin. As we know that the United States has given us come here in order to nourish for the Vietnamese communists because the code of the United States of America interests, but not have any right interests of our Vietnamese officers. Ironically, when we were put in many concentration camps by the United States of America betraying us. We did not only break up our family, our children were unlearned children because the Vietnamese communists did not give any attention to the schools in order to study. Our properties were nationalized by the communist government and since, the Americans have freely been enrolling for many universities in order to open mind, but our children were unlearned. Moreover, the American people are freely making money and developing their civilization, so we were lost in all. Finally, we ought to fight for imprisoned benefits Insurance that we are oath loyalty to the United States Constitution without betrayed men of the American citizens.

In fact, the American Congress has been approved for the Vietnam War, but, not only have the American authorities have been sat on the American law and also tear to pieces the United States Constitution. As we understand about the War Power of the United States of America of the Vietnam War during the Kissinger has torn the peace agreement in Paris in 1973, and then, Former President Nixon has said to apologize for the South Vietnam or so-called is Republic of Vietnam. If they have sat on the United States Constitution, but they must keep the face of the United States of America since they have been taken the Vietnamese bodies in order to play their powerful game. They did not care to the life of the Vietnamese people or human beings in the world. yard of playing war game is to should be equal because no one was born the children lets them use to their war game which is why they have been spent for their new modern weapons but they never compensate injury to the Vietnam people or so-called is Southern soldiers since not only American Congress has solemnly been supported for the Vietnam War and few of terms of American President have solemnly promised to protect for the South Vietnam that must fight to anti- communism.

All of the American authorities before come to the throne, they have taken an oath loyalty to the American flag and Constitution and lets hand on holy Bible in order to be oath faithful for their nation, people and Constitution, but the greed of ambition of fame and private rich of them is limitless, they have forgot in all, if the poor and weak American people have done to look like them, they are punished by the America courts to death completely.

Our World Will never Have Peacefully
ReplyDeleteAs we understand about our world that will never have peacefully because Capitalism has never wish peace in the world. It wishes to build more wars in order to destroy the happiness of human beings. For example, super French was used religious Catholic when it invaded to Vietnam. However, French is discriminated religion by Islam. Next, super Britain was used an Opium War when it invaded to China, but now prohibits the opium. Finally, the USA has invaded to Vietnam when it persuaded the Vietnamese people who must fight anti- communism, but in the end it sold Republic of Vietnam for China; and during, Chinese communist does not only make sky and make earth in Vietnam and Asian. Therefore, the peace of our world will not take place, but the barbarous wars of Capitalism always occur to the human beings. As a result, Bright Quang, he is carefully writing a book when he realizes to Capitalism in which will be bankrupt by the distrusts. Because of his experiences has been finding out the more of awful events of the wars of Capitalism.

As you remember that Congress terms 93rd, has one hundred percentages approved for our War Power of the Vietnam War and the eighty - eight percentages has approved by High House. I exercise and eat food,
ReplyDeleteI exercise an half and two hours per day, per week, per month and per year at gym for the five years when each day burns 2,000 calories in my body. One night I sleep from 9:30 Pm to 6:00 Am, the day I eat for five fruits when I grind them with milk. As a result, my weight was 165 kilogram, but now is 110 kilogram.
Going to home, I am writing few paragraphs of my story, painting portrait and sculpting one object.
Finally, I am chanting for one hour in order to self rethinking to what I did things in the past to present. If had did bad things, I must reform in my self in order to get perfect more than now.
We do respect for our freedom, so we must respect to others freedom; for example, we esteem our happiness and then, we should esteem to others happiness. As a result, our world will not take place any wars. Or so - called its happiness looked like our own. Its source of life is as important as our life and its sorrow looked like our own. In contrast, human knowledge is limited, but human life is limitless of ambition.

ReplyDeleteIn my opinion that the United States Constitution protects for all of American citizens because all of the American people have taken an oath loyalty before the America Constitution and Flag, so no one betrays its oath loyalty which is why the high leaders of the government of the United States of America could not perform any oath loyalty in themselves. For example, Our President Obama has nominated a member of supreme Court, but a senator could not approve to vote for nominating. Next, some of important events of our nation could not be performed by the high leaders of our government, however, the only American citizens must esteem to the America Constitution. For example, the Vietnam War has had approved by the American Congress, but Supreme Court could not be performed it.
According to International convention looked like Paris Peace Treaty, so the government of the United States of America has used this agreement in order to fool to the weak country as like Republic of Vietnam. Ironically, the War Power of the United States of American has betrayed his allied when it did not compensate any pennies to the Vietnamese-American paid soldiers when the government of the United States of America has forgot to its oath loyalty to its supreme laws. It has said on its America Constitution let's play war game and fool to the weak people. If some of American citizens did not perform the America Constitution, he or she must be punished by the American courts, but the high leaders of the government of the United States of America are good to do because our government of the United States of America is dictatorship because the government is right to sit on the America Constitution.

President Richard Nixon warns South Vietnamese President Nguyen Van Thieu in a private letter that his refusal to sign any negotiated peace agreement would render it impossible for the United States to continue assistance to South Vietnam.
Nixon’s National Security Advisor Henry Kissinger had been working behind the scenes in secret negotiations with North Vietnamese representatives in Paris to reach a settlement to end the war. However, Thieu stubbornly refused to even discuss any peace proposal that recognized the Viet Cong as a viable participant in the post-war political solution in South Vietnam. As it turned out, the secret negotiations were not close to reaching an agreement because the North Vietnamese launched a massive invasion of South Vietnam in March 1972. With the help of U.S. airpower and advisers on the ground, the South Vietnamese withstood the North Vietnamese attack, and by December, Kissinger and North Vietnamese representatives were back in Paris and close to an agreement.
Among Thieu’s demands was the request that all North Vietnamese troops had to be withdrawn from South Vietnam before he would agree to any peace settlement. The North Vietnamese walked out of the negotiations in protest. In response, President Nixon initiated Operation Linebacker II, a massive bombing campaign against Hanoi, to force the North Vietnamese back to the negotiating table. After 11 days of intense bombing, Hanoi agreed to return to the talks in Paris. Unfortunately for Thieu and the South Vietnamese, Nixon was forced from office by the Watergate scandal in August 1974, and no U.S. aid came when the North Vietnamese launched a general offensive in March 1975. South Vietnam succumbed in 55 days.

President Richard Nixon warns South Vietnamese President Nguyen Van Thieu in a private letter that his refusal to sign any negotiated peace agreement would render it impossible for the United States to continue assistance to South Vietnam.
Nixon’s National Security Advisor Henry Kissinger had been working behind the scenes in secret negotiations with North Vietnamese representatives in Paris to reach a settlement to end the war. However, Thieu stubbornly refused to even discuss any peace proposal that recognized the Viet Cong as a viable participant in the post-war political solution in South Vietnam. As it turned out, the secret negotiations were not close to reaching an agreement because the North Vietnamese launched a massive invasion of South Vietnam in March 1972. With the help of U.S. airpower and advisers on the ground, the South Vietnamese withstood the North Vietnamese attack, and by December, Kissinger and North Vietnamese representatives were back in Paris and close to an agreement.
Among Thieu’s demands was the request that all North Vietnamese troops had to be withdrawn from South Vietnam before he would agree to any peace settlement. The North Vietnamese walked out of the negotiations in protest. In response, President Nixon initiated Operation Linebacker II, a massive bombing campaign against Hanoi, to force the North Vietnamese back to the negotiating table. After 11 days of intense bombing, Hanoi agreed to return to the talks in Paris. The Solar Eclipse on August 21, 2017
ReplyDeleteAccording to his experience has been realizing on the solar eclipse for some times in the past. Because this is event of the solar eclipse on the America land, he would not enjoy it. When he looks back the solar eclipse in the South Vietnam, he has remembering approximately 1958. That time is the moon passed between the earth and the sun, so that's noon when the solar eclipse appeared. The animals went to the beds. The peasants returned to their homes when he picked a big wash-pot, which was full water. He put it in the central yard. He looked inside the water-sink when he saw a dark circle.
First of all, he would not know about to astronomy, but called event of the earth and the sky that predict a bad or good event for the Vietnamese people because the peasants wished dream to a good rice harvest. But those did not concern to any situation events of their nation.
Second, the sudden of their civil war was taking place when the innocent peasants have never dreamed the war. So the war was destroying all of their dreams. In this time, he was a young guy, his dream wanted to the school that was separated by the war. His father was died by the war and his wonderful family did not only break but also was bankrupted by the war.
Third, this solar eclipse just appeared on the American sky. He really worries to the bad or the lucky fate would not only take place to our America but also concern to the peaceful world or the bigotry. When he would like to predict to the good or the bad events, he can not speak up.
Finally, he would like to hope for the American scientists and the American people that will wait for the time and the space of the earth and the sky that will be answering to this solar eclipse because the law of earth and the sky could not be wrong events of signal prediction. So we will wait for the good or the bad that will take place, which is no far.

DeleteThe American Court system is great bureaucratic. For example, my case would petition to Supreme Court, so it told me need first at low court. The low Court was reviewing for three times, each time was three months, but it did not judge because it told me to change forms to Case Management conference, and in the end was told to judge for five minutes. As we know the low court, which was not right to judge for international Treaty as like the Vietnam. Next, when the form (peony) of Supreme Court requests to thirteen rules and the form ( peony) is lay-outing in a 6 ¹/8 by 9 ¼, which is why the form ( peony) does need within a 6 ¹/8 by 9 ¼, why does it need 6 x 9?

Leader Thomas Jefferson did not want any American citizen who was slaved war by the foreign nation, but the last of American leaders wish to want the foreign people who make modern slavery war for the United States of America without benefits when the US was perjury oneself. Because the US Congress has been enacting for the more statute, but, the American leaders did not perform any laws.
In fact, the before congress enacted the laws when the after congress did not concern about it. Totalitarianism of Americanism did not respect any honors or faces because Americanism is rule by law when it is supremacist -and therefore, human rights was fooled for the backward people as like the Southern Vietnam. They were stupid when they were servicing for the America War.
Therefore, they did not only die in the battlefield but also imprisoned by Americanism because Americanism is modern more than backward native Vietnamese.
In conclusion, if someone wishes to be great American leader who should learn the United States Constitution, the one would invade to more weak nation as the Southern Vietnam were fooled by this constitution.
